As part of our eTwinning project Bridges Beyond Borders, our students participated in international videocalls with their European partners using Google Meet.
Through real conversations in English, students shared information about their schools, hobbies, daily routines, traditions, and cultures while developing speaking confidence and intercultural understanding. 🗣️🤝
These online meetings helped students:
✔ practise authentic communication in English
✔ build friendships across borders
✔ improve digital competence
✔ discover similarities and differences between countries
✔ gain confidence speaking with international peers
It was wonderful to see students communicating naturally, collaborating independently, and creating meaningful international connections through technology. 🌎❤️
