Cloud services
Cloud storage services are increasingly common and are gradually replacing traditional storage devices such as USB. Some of the most used services are Google Drive or OneDrive.
Drive supports numerous different files. The most common limit is the file size, but it is usually a large size limit.
Create documents: The most common types of files you can create are: text documents, presentations, spreadsheets, forms, drawings and sites. To create a new document, you must click on “+ New” and select the type you want.

Upload documents: To upload documents to Drive, you must click on “+ New” and select “Upload document” or “Upload folder”.
Share documents: To be able to share documents through Drive, right-click on the document or folder and select “Share”, then add the emails of the people or groups you want to share with.
You can select whether you want those people or groups to be EDITOR, READER or COMMENTER. Note that a notification will be sent to these people and that you can add a message. If you do not want a notification to be sent you have to uncheck the option.
Finally, click on SEND or SHARE (depending on whether you have checked to send an email notification).
