Sometimes when we are on holiday we are not satisfied with a service or product we receive. If that is the case, we may want to write a letter or email to complain.

- Focus on the important information and facts. Don’t give unnecessary background information.
- You must include the following:
- the reason for writing the letter of complaint
- what happened
- what you would like them to do for you
- A complaint letter needs to be written in formal style
- Try to use different verb tenses, for example the passive voice
- To end your complaint letter, use: Yours faithfully,
