I happen to be sociable but over the years I am increasingly lonely because my work schedule doesn´t allow me to meet my friends and I usually do leisure activities alone, such as cycling, paddelboarding or running.

I am the sort of person that doesn´t like gossiping about other people´s lives and I am considered as faithful to my principles although the majority thinks differently than me.

I wonder whether you are actually lonely or whether you end up doing those activities on your own, i.e. alone because of your schedule.

Let me comment on a misleading sentence: "I am considered as faithful to my principles although the majority thinks differently than me". This should be rewritten as the meaning is not clear. Do you mean you are faithful to your principles but people close to you do not think you are OR is it that you tend to be faithful an loyal but the vast majority are not like you?

I want to say that I do sports alone because is difficult for me to meet friends who have stabable work schedule when mine is crazy and I travel for 3 hours every work day. Then I have little time during " normal" hours.
Even so I fell very happy, thanks.

I do understand, so just because it takes you something like 3 hours to commute to work everyday and you might do shiftwork as well as work long hours, you kind of find it impossible to meet those lucky ones among your circle of friends who happen to have a steady 9-5 job. Despite this, it't great that you still find the energy and enthusiasm to do sports.
