A Scale is a sequence of musical notes in ascending (from low to high sounds) or descending (from high to low sounds) order.
We use the scale in music for composing songs and give them a special mood.
(the most common mood are happy and sad).
From each note you can create a two new scales, one for happy songs (Maior scales) and the other for sad songs (Minor scale). Both types of scales have an specific structure and interval order:
MAIOR SCALES (happy mood)
Major scales all follow the same pattern of whole steps (1 tone) and half steps (1/2 tone) between notes (intervals).
MAJOR PATTERN
The difference between each major scale is the pitch. They have different sets of notes because the pattern starts on different notes. Listen to these other major scales.
