A chord is two or more notes played together.
Chord are perfect for writing harmonic accompaniments. You can only play chord on instruments that play more than one note at a time. Keyboards and guitars are both great for playing chords. There are two types of chords: CONCORDS (nice-sounding chords): the notes go together really well. ![]() DISCORDS (clashing chords): Chords that have clashing notes whic disagree. ![]() The best-sounding chords are called TRIADS Triads are chords made up of 3 notes.
