Five ways to keep fit.
1. Do at least 25 push-ups every day 
One of the easiest ways to stay fit is by doing push-ups. They're one of the most effective ways to build strength, definition for your muscles and even to burn calories. If you have some extra time, it would also be a good idea to keep track of how many push-ups you do and write it down. That way, you can see your progress.
2. Go for a walk early in the morning
Another great way to stay fit is by going for a walk. It can help burn calories and increase your metabolism.The best time to go for a walk is early in the morning. The energy you obtain will help keep you refreshed for the rest of the day as well as put you in the right mood.
3. Try yoga for at least 20 minutes in the morning
This might not seem the most obvious way to keep in shape but performing yoga is actually a very good idea. It is best if you perform it early in the morning as the exercise will help keep you energized throughout the rest of the day. If you have access to the internet, you should go to a video site such as Youtube and watch one of the many different Yoga instructional videos available there. They're available for free and short enough so you can do it without spending too much time.
4. Go for a bike ride.
If you have a bike, going on bike rides is one of the best ways to keep in shape. Not only does the aerobic exercise increase your leg strength and stamina but the exercise also works with your brain helping you absorb more information during the day.
5. Read or watch while on the treadmill or stationary bike.
You might not have thought of this but a good way to keep in shape is by reading while on an exercise machine. You'll be exercising while also reading. It's one way to kill two birds with one stone! If reading seems too difficult for you, you can try watching videos while exercising instead.
If you try some of the exercises above, you should be in great shape within a few months. Just make sure to find time every morning to exercise (try using an alarm clock!) and you should be fine.
