- The Brady Family: They're eight people, a couple of a mum with three daughters and a dad with three sons.

- The Modern Family: they're three kinds of family..

Jay Pritchett, the "father" is married with a younger woman, Gloria and they lives with their own son, Joe, and with Gloria’s son, Manny. So Manny and Joe are stepbrothers

Jay also has two children from a past marriage:
- Claire, who is married with Phil, and they have three children, two daughters and a son.
- Mitchell is married with Cameron and they have an adopted daughter.

Double check in a monolingual dictionary the preposition that collocates with the verb "marry".
Did it strike you? Remember the adjective married collocates with "to". However, the verb takes no preposition, no matter how weird it may sound to a Spaniard!
