Social media has been one of the most useful inventions of the century. It is an easy way to communicate and share information with friends and to learn about different aspects of their lives. But sometimes people go to far when sharing things with their followers. Nowadays it is very common to show everything we do through the social media, everybody knows what we are doing, where we are and who we are with all the time and this has horrible consequences. For example, if you post on Facebook that you are going on holidays and for how long, your followers will know that your house will be empty on those days, as a result, a thief could rob there. Or if you share with your friends photos of a wild party, the moment you want to get a job, your boss will search your profile and see that you are not a responsible person. Therefore, in my opinion, people should be more cautios with things they post on social media.
