Chapter two: Formal vs. informal written correspondence - formulaic language (greetings, opening, body, closing, signing off). Extract reusable expressions from the running dictation letters and copy them to the collaborative phrase book (Google Doc file). Check and complete with phrases from the "Formal vs. informal correspondence presentation".
