Situation: Your patient is not breathing normally, what do you do?

A: First, I check the airway. I would check for obstructions in the airway and, if necessary, perform intubation.

B: How would you check if the airway is open?

A: I would check if the chest is moving and feel if the air is coming both from the nose and the mouth.

B: Okey, what would you do if the airway is blocked?

A: I would perform the Heimlich manouver.

B: Okey, and if it's clear?

A: I would check their heart rate/pulse 

B: Okey, how do you check the patient's pulse?

A: I would use a sphygmomanometer...
