2. Oral presentation. Deliver an oral presentation in English where you:
- explain the tool (use, function, advantages, why you chose it, etc.)
- describe a specific real or simulated situation in Galicia where it is used
(e.g. type of company, installation, environment, or professional context) - explain a concrete technical problem and how the tool helps to solve it
To go beyond description, you are encouraged to:
- give your personal opinion about the tool
- what you like
- what you don’t like
- suggest possible improvements and explain your reasoning
- comment on limitations or difficulties when using it
- briefly compare it with a similar tool (if possible)
Try to include your own evaluation, not only description.
3. Evidence of your work process. You must produce and submit the following:

- include the terms you selected
- explain why you chose them
- show how your glossary improved
- Presentation script or outline (draft is acceptable)
- Recorded rehearsal
- Work distribution
- briefly explain how you organised the work

4. Interaction (Q&A session)
- At the end of each presentation, there will be a Q&A session
- The audience must ask questions and interact
- Each group must prepare at least one question for another group
- Questions should not be read; try to ask them naturally
Asking and answering questions is part of your learning process.
5. Final reflection
Submit a short reflection including:
- difficulties encountered
- decisions made during the process
- what was difficult to understand or explain and why
- what you would do differently next time
- use (or non-use) of AI tools
Timing and participation
- The presentation should last around 10 minutes
- Each group member should speak for approximately 3 minutes
- Do not exceed the time limit
- All group members must participate equally
Assessment criteria (important)
Your final grade will be based on:
- the quality of your oral presentation
- the clarity and accuracy of your technical explanation
- your ability to interact (Q&A)
- the evidence of your work process
