Charity shops

chaarity_shop.jpgDo you like buying clothes? How about buying something trendy and helping other people at the same time?

When you buy second-hand clothes at a charity shop you are saving a lot of money, staying stylish, helping the environment and donating money to people who need it. Many people around the world buy fashionable clothes at very low prices at any of these shops.

There are charity shops (Oxfam, Cancer Research, the Children Society, Save the Children, etc) in most towns. They sell clothes or books that people donate. The people who work at the shops are volunteers.  The prices are very competitive; for instance, you can buy a fashionable top for £3 or a dress for under £10.  You can also buy online. Most of these charities have got Web sites where you will find hundreds of items you may like.

Remember, when you buy at a charity shop, you are environmentally friendly, you stay fashionable and you help others.
