Hello everyone,

Just so you know, when you send a message from one of the forums, everybody gets an email. But when you use the Moodle messages (top right corner) you only receive a Moodle message, not an email. Therefore, since I am not sure you are reading the messages I am sending, here is the text I also sent via Moodle messages. Please be aware that I will use Moodle messages in the future, so you will need to check them every now and again.

-------------------

As promised, I am sending you a email with a recap of the activities we mentioned today.

- On Module 0 you can find the key to the copy I gave you with vocabulary and grammar exercise (Review 1).
- On Module 1 I uploaded the handout about binge-watching television together with a link to the youtube video with subtitles.

We will be working on Module 1 until October 17. You can start by taking a look at the "Education for life E-Book" section and do the exercices there.

You should also find some time to take part in the forums... I have just started two threads, one about learning English and the other about a good learning experience... Share your ideas and reply to what other students say....

On top of all of that, I also expect you to do the oral and written excercides. The oral exercice is about schooling models. Record yourself and upload the audio file.

The first written exercise is also one of the most difficult ones. You will need to describe a graph. This is a common mediation task in exams.

Remember that Module offers a lot of informaton on how to write different types of texts, including graphs.

And last but not least... Feel free to send me messages about any questions you may have...

Oh, by the way, there are no deadlines for the exercices!

That's all for now. Have a great week!
Eduardo
