You have received a text message from a friend who is having a hard time as a parent of twins. You have just come across this guide from the Australian government, giving some self-care recommendations to exhausted parents. After reading it, you decide to send your friend a voice message (2-3 minutes).
In your message you should:
- greet your friend
- show your empathy
- in your own words, transmit some of the recommendations you’ve read
- say goodbye
Remember that your message should include at least some of the features of informal spoken language seen in the module.
