Guidelines for a Healthy Diet

You work at a GP's surgery and have been asked to create, with the doctor's and the internet's help, a poster with a set of rules and guidelines for a healthy diet. The poster will be pinned up on the surgery wall for the patients to clearly see the dos and don'ts regarding healthy eating.

Your task consists in writing this set of guidelines, and the images will be provided and inserted later by one of your colleagues. Write at least 9 pieces of advice.
