- I guess a lot of people eat snacks but I'm not particularly keen on them as I consider them highly unhealthy. As for my favourite pizza topping, let me tell you I'm a fan of margarita pizzas ever since I tried them.
- I must admit I absolutely love both ready-made food and takeway food. Even though I'm not used to having it on a daily basis, I enjoy it a lot when I have it, usually at the weenkend when I need to rest and don't really feel like cooking.
- I know nowadays it's becoming commoner and commoner to suffer from all kinds of allergies. Fortunately, I've been lucky enough to be able to eat what I want, no matter whether it is lobster or scallops or prawns. Despite being products that produce lots of allergies, I can enjoy myself and eat them any time.
- (Antón) I'm not the sort of person who is used to eating to cheer himself up. In fact, I'd rather cook my own meals than end up eating any type of fast food. 4.1 - (Ana) I hardly ever cheer myself up by eating. I mean, if I ever feel down or upset I call a friend or go for a walk, but if I'm in a rush and too tired to cook I always end up having a fizzy drink with a ham & cheese sandwich.
- If there's a meal I can't really do without is pizza. You see, I'm absolutely fond of eating it, specially margarita.

- TEAM WORK - SPEAKING MEDIATION PREPARATION:
- Quotations - Speak your mind telling whether any of them actually appeals to you or not.
- Mediation practice: TIPS TO LEAD A HEALTHY LIFE! Your friends life is a bit chaotic and needs changing. You find the leaflet below with quotations you'd love to share with him. Choose the three you consider might be useful for him/her and explain why in 2 minutes.

- SAMPLE ANSWER:
- INTRO: Don't you think it's high time you changed your lifestyle? Your life has been a bit of a mess lately, wouldn't you say? Well, let me give you some advice on this.
- TIP 1: Why not take up a new sport instead of spending all afternoons having coffees and chatting with friends. Try to persuade them to go for a run or at least go brisk walking while talking for the sake of talking. This way, you'll be a lot healthier while socializing. There's no need to stop doing what you like as long as you are not sitting all day long. You know what they say, "Don't sit to be fit".
- TIP 2: It's also important to cut down on the amount of junk food you're used to eating. I mean, it's not all or nothing. You see, you can occasionally eat hamburguers and pizzas, chocolate bars and all that jazz, but what really counts is what you do on a daily basis. I do think it's worth giving it a try. So, why not break that bad habit. You can start by allowing yourself to eat fast food just at the weekend. I'm sure you'll soon get used to it and you know the idiom "He who works, will reap rewards". Once you start feeling the benefits, you'll never stop.
- TIP 3: And last but not least remember that health is wealth, so there's no better way to keep the doctor away, to avoid feeling physically and emotionally drained than by having a healthy lifestyle.
- CONCLUSION: I know it'll be kind of difficult to make up your mind at first, but I'm sure you'll soon get used to it and benefit a great deal in the long run. So, come on, what are you waiting for?
SPEAKING INTERACTION: Butting in naturaly and politely in conversations. Agreeing & disagreeing.
