Task: Letter of complaint

In your lettter you must develop the following points, in the most appropriate order

  • Explain what problems you had at the hotel and hotel facilities
  • Specify what you would like them to do for your in return (full refund, etc)
  • Write between 120 and 150 words. You must write about both points
  • Do not forget to include opening and closing remarks
