Welcome to C1.2. This year we are going to work on both academic and business English , along with general advanced level topics. There is no question you will find some of the material quite challenging , especially if you are coming from C1.1 , having barely passed. What does this mean? You will need to work harder, make full use of the virtual classroom, participate in the Forum, make English your language for technology, the news and entertainment. Reaching an advanced level in all skills requires time and patience( plus a good sense of humor and tolerance for mistakes) but your teacher will try to make the ride as stimulating as possible.
