SOLVING CONFLICT

Every time conflict appears between two children, a teacher, normally the Coordinator teacher , speaks to them separately and ask them to write what the problem is or what has happened.

After reading that, the adult puts them together and try to make them apologize. They spend the morning together, not in their classes but in a different class, maybe helping a teacher with infants.

At the end of the morning they are usually friends again or at least they have already forgotten their problem. After all the students have left school, they go home.

If they don´t solve the conflict in such a way, they´ll be punished with extra work during the break or after the classes.
